Wow, 21:53 and I find the energy to write a blog! Kids in bed at 7pm, cleaned the house, ate chocolate, called my fabulous sister, considered going to bed and opened my laptop....
I woke up this morning and decided I was going to 'Think Positive' and tell myself I was going to have a brilliant day! I started cleaning up my living room with this thought in mind, and I came across a scratch card my mother must have bought last week. It hadn't been used so I did it and had this great feeling I was the winner of £1,000,000 ..... I grab a knife and start scratching away, with a really silly grin on my face, and I have 2 sets of matching symbols. By now I am doing cartwheels around my kitchen, I just cannot believe I have 2 matching symbols....I quickly find the terms and conditions and as the words stood out bright and bold, EVERY CARD HAS MATCHING SYMBOLS, PHONE TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU HAVE WON! I'm still trying to think positive whilst dialing the number and they go through every single symbol except mine...all boring prizes! No money yet! FINALLY, my symbols get mentioned, and I think this has to be it, I have to have the £1,000,000 there is no other prize, they have all been taken! Oh, but don't you worry, they found a prize for me....a tad different to £1,000,000 ..... a hair cut! A HAIR CUT! If there is nothing I despise more in this world, it's someone touching my hair!!! So that squashed my positive thoughts for the rest of the day ....
Saturday I am going to a wedding blessing in good old Stalbridge. Being a loyal customer to Ebay, I have ordered my dress even though it is yet to be delivered... it would be really nice if we could have some nice weather for Saturday, as I don't get to wear a dress very often....and I would like it for the happy couple too!
